Oat shortbread cookies with blue cheese and onion

It is a snack for true gourmets who like to discover flavors and interesting combinations. The perfect, crumbly oat butter cookies here add a crunchy texture and "ring" perfectly with the cream cheese and slowly caramelized onions.

For the cookies you will need:
• 125 g of chopped oats
• 1/4 cup wheat flour
• 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/4 tsp. a teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar
• 125g butter cut into cubes
• 1 egg
• a pinch of salt

For serving:
• Onion
• Blue mold cheese

To make cookies - mix all the loose ingredients, then add butter and egg, mix until smooth. Place the dough in cling film, form a sausage and chill for at least an hour in the freezer. After removing, cut the cookies 2 cm thick and put them in the oven heated to 180 C for 10 minutes. Cool, serve with blue cheese and onion.
