A healthy substitute for store-bought chips, only several times tastier!
You will need:
- 2-3 sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes
- excellent olive oil
- Basil pesto
- Sun-dried tomato pesto
Cut the sweet potatoes as thinly as possible, add them
in a bowl, pour a few tablespoons of Extra virgin Kalamata olive oil so that all the slices are lightly coated with oil. Place in a baking sheet in one layer, sprinkle with salt. Place in an oven heated to 150 C and bake for ~20 min. (watch during cooking so it doesn't burn). Once cooked, cool and serve with Basil Pesto, sun-dried tomato pesto or onion.
