Royal dessert without added sugar

Suitable for the most special occasions and true pampering. Quick to prepare, healthier, rich and deep flavor. Salt adds a gourmet, unexpected accent.

You will need:
• 15 figs
• 1 jar Netia NeChocoladas
• 30-50 g of dark chocolate
• 1-2 tbsp. Unfiltered Kalamata Extra virgin olive oil
• Maldon salt

Heat the figs for 3-5 minutes in a preheated oven at 100 C to soften them. Cut off the bottom of the figs very little and fill them with NeChocolate, use a pastry syringe or a spoon. Shape the fig, leave to cool. Meanwhile, over a steam bath, melt the chocolate, mix in the oil. Holding the stem, dip the figs into the chocolate, 1 or 2 times. Once the chocolate has set, sprinkle the figs with Maldon salt crystals.
