Rich, expressive cheesecake. Goat cheese goes savory with caramelized onions, and it becomes unclear whether this is a perfect creamy dessert or a gourmet cheesecake.
For the base you will need:
• 120g of layered yeast-free dough
• 120g of butter
Bake the dough, cool and crumble. Mix with melted butter, cover and refrigerate.
For the cheese mass you will need:
• 100g of cream cheese
• 250g of fresh goat cheese
• 150ml of cream
• a sheet of gelatin
Heat the cream but do not boil it. After cooling, add the soaked gelatin sheet, shake with the cheeses. Pour over the base and leave to set in the fridge. Serve with onion and greens.
