Pesto braid

A wonderful yeasty herd that turns heads with its intense flavor and aroma. Paint slices in oil, apply goat cheese, taste with beetroot, chorizo, mozzarella.

You will need:
• Yeast doughs
• Basil and/or sun-dried tomato pesto
• Ripened hard cheese

Prepare yeast dough according to your favorite recipe or from a ready-made mixture. Roll out as thin as you can and spread all over with the pesto of your choice. Then roll the dough into a "roll". Cut it lengthwise, so you get two strips that you braid. Leave warm for 10 minutes and bake in an oven heated to 180 C for 30 minutes.
