It is a first cold-pressed, avocado pulp oil, with a savory taste and a slight olive oil-like taste. Avocado oil from Crete is perfect for baking, cosmetics, making mayonnaise and other culinary discoveries if you're looking for the healthiest fats.

We brought this oil from Crete at the request of some of our loyal Kalamata olive oil buyers. We have been searching for a long time for an avocado oil that is both valuable, tasty and clean!

This avocado oil is pressed at the EverCrete neighborhood mill in Chania province, Varipetrou area, Crete. Avocados are grown according to the principles of organic farming, in small family farms.
