Size/capacity

Early harvest extra pure, unfiltered, unmixed and undiluted extra virgin agureleo (from unripe olives) cold virgin olive oil of the superior category. Oil, moderately pungent (polyphenol concentration - 384ml/liter). Stable olive oil straight from the mill, preserving its "life": aroma, taste, color, purity and polyphenols for well over 1.5 years after expression! Olive variety - Koroneiki 100%. The unripe olives are picked by hand in November, sometimes in October. Agureleo is such a special oil because unripe olives contain significantly more valuable polyphenols. Meanwhile, the oil itself is pressed much less, which is why it is even more valued by those promoting a healthy diet.

The oil is cold-pressed, mechanical first pressing (up to 27C), the oil is unfiltered and unmixed.

We recommend: for seasoning salads, green sauces, pasta, vegetables, fish and white meat. Best before: 18 months from squeezing, but also great for a longer time. Store in a dry, cool place (+12-+20°C, but it can be even cooler - even in a refrigerator up to +6°C).
Shake before use. The oil is unfiltered, so natural deposits are possible. Delicious and healthy!
