Seasonal product of NeČia farm from coriander grown by us, chili peppers brought from Mexico, the most intense we have, unfiltered olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, dried onions.
I chose this chimichiuri according to myself, with such sharp corners, strong character, extravagant. I used to listen to Queen music until the early hours of the morning, maybe that became an ingredient.
I wanted to write that this chimichurri is perfect with steaks and steaks, but this morning I piled it so greedily on fried eggs, then on an empty corner of a pizza, then in a salad on top of tomatoes.
He is really very intense and characterful, but if it's love, it's for life!
