Seasonal 'limited edition' Mint Pesto made from mint growing in our edible flower garden. Mint pesto was born from a strong desire to roll croissants with cream cheese, strawberries and pesto, only fruitier and more floral than the traditional basil pesto.
It is also delicious with mozzarella, on toasted bread with burrata and grilled nectarines, with pears and fresh cheese.
Ingredients: fresh mint leaves, the highest quality extra virgin unfiltered Greek olive oil, at least 24 months. matured hard cow's milk cheese (pasteurized milk, edible salt, enzyme, sourdough), lemon juice, edible salt, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Possible traces of cashew nuts. Expiry date: See packaging. Storage conditions: +2-+6°C, use within 1 week after opening.
